We measure the effectiveness of our safety program using leading and lagging indicators. Lagging indicators, such as Incident Rates and Lost Time Accident Rates, capture industry-standard safety statistics. Achieving a culture that strives for zero incidents takes work before any work is done, which is why we also focus on leading indicators.

Anvil’s Leadership Team conduct Site Safety visits to demonstrate the importance of visible leadership throughout the organization. Safety on a construction site goes far beyond reducing injuries. It’s about coming together to protect one another, and making sure we get home safely every night.
